I canapos;t remember my old blog password. In fact, I canapos;t remember my old gmail password. So even if I could get an email containing my old blog password sent to me, I couldnapos;t read it.
Easier just to start over, alas.
(Reading the comments in my old blog was pretty bad. Apparently most of my friends believe I was abducted or killed by jihadists. Most of them are more politicised now, which I guess is okay for the ones who think I was taken for being gay. Less good are the ones who think I was taken for being American... Particularly in an election year.)
So Iapos;m sitting here in a house in Boston - Boston - tapping away in the wee small hours of the night, because apparently going six months without sleep was not enough to convince my body that darkness is sleepytime.
Oh, and Iapos;m a mage now, and thatapos;s a big secret. So itapos;s probably just as well thereapos;s no one to read this. I can just use it to organise my thoughts.

Okay, not a whole lot of organising going on. Iapos;m beat. I canapos;t sleep, but the magical mystery tour Iapos;ve been on for the last six months - SIX MONTHS - has left me too exhausted to think very clearly. I donapos;t feel like myself at all, right now. Everything is so strange, and nothing makes sense, and Iapos;m surrounded by people who think that everythingapos;s normal and sense-making.
This is like the mirror universe of bad old Missing Mile, NC, but itapos;s oddly familiar for all that. Maybe thatapos;s what got my hackles up - Iapos;m usually so polite to people, but then again, people arenapos;t usually such assholes.
*sigh*
When I wake up, Iapos;ll have to try to make it up to people. Hopefully I can get a second chance to make a first impression. None of them asked for this either, and weapos;re all in it together.
